Read Our Personal Injury FAQs
Choosing a lawyer is one of the most important decisions that you will make in your personal injury case. Below are answers to some frequently asked questions.
Do I have a case?
We believe that an attorney should review the available facts and potential evidence before giving you their professional opinion about whether or not you have a viable case. There are often numerous questions that have to be answered before a lawyer can determine if there is a case. These questions include 1) whether there is a person or company who is legally responsible for your injury, 2) what harm was caused by the responsible person’s conduct, 3) what insurance is available, and 4) whether a judgment against the legally responsible person is collectible.
It is very important to contact an attorney as soon as possible after an injury caused by the wrongdoing of others. There may be actions that must be taken quickly in order to preserve evidence and protect your legal rights.
There is no charge for an initial consultation about your potential case. We welcome the opportunity to talk with you.
